The West End Home Foundation held its 5th Annual Grant Awards Breakfast on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Grant awards totaling $2 million were distributed to thirty-seven nonprofit agencies to support their work with older adults in Middle Tennessee.
This annual gathering has become an opportunity for nonprofit professionals, all of whom share a commitment to enriching the lives of older adults, to come together and celebrate the profound impact they are having in our community. The West End Home Foundation is honored to have such incredible partners that work diligently everyday to bring the Foundation’s mission to life. Together we are helping build a community that values, engages and supports older adults so that we can all thrive as we age.
