AgeWell Middle Tennessee Sage Awards Recognize Exemplary Community Service

AgeWell Middle Tennessee held its 33rd Annual Sage Awards on Friday, November 7, 2025 at the Cool Springs Marriott. The Sage Awards celebrates leaders whose extraordinary contributions have transformed our community.

Honorees at this year’s event included Brenda Payne, Jerry B. Williams, Deb Varallo, Lelan Statom, Rick Warwick and Abe’s Community Gardens. Nancy Conway received the annual Elizabeth Jacobs Distinguished Service Award. Nancy has been an unwavering ambassador for AgeWell, especially in Williamson County, where her dedication to community service and relationship-building continues to inspire.

AgeWell Middle Tennessee is a trusted community resource, convener and catalyst for solutions, and a champion and advocate for older adults and family caregivers. As a nonprofit organization serving 13 counties in Middle Tennessee, AgeWell is committed to creating inclusive communities where older adults are valued and connected to the people and places that foster active living and bring meaning to life.
