The West End Home Foundation held its 4th Annual Grant Awards Breakfast on Monday, January 7, 2019 at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Grant awards totaling $2 million were distributed to thirty-four nonprofit agencies to support their work with older adults in Middle Tennessee. These agencies bring the Foundation’s mission to life – enriching the lives of older adults – by providing a comprehensive and compassionate system of care to support people as they age. The West End Home Foundation is proud to be a funding partner with these incredible organizations that impact lives and strengthen our communities.
Services supported with WEHF funding include advocacy, enrichment & socialization, food & nutrition, healthcare, housing, transportation and wellness & supportive care.
