The annual grant awards breakfast has become a signature event of The West End Home Foundation. Foundation Board and staff members consider it both an opportunity to honor the exemplary service provided by this remarkable group of nonprofit agency professionals and a forum to bring together diverse agencies that serve older adults. Recipient agencies welcome the networking opportunity and report that the breakfast has helped establish relationships with other providers that have later resulted in new partnerships and collaborations
