Metro Nashville offers two property tax assistance programs for elderly and disabled low-income homeowners in Davidson County. The Property Tax Relief program provides reimbursement for all or part of the taxes for homeowners whose incomes did not exceed $29,860 in 2018. A Property Tax Freeze is available for homeowners whose incomes did not exceed $42,620. The deadline for applying for both programs is July 1.
